Minnesota high school students in grades 9-12 can enroll part-time to take online electives. Each semester-long online course is worth 0.5 credits and can count toward graduation requirements.  Online enrollment will be available in January 2013 for both our tuition-free and direct-pay option.

Tuition-Free Option

Minnesota public high school and homeschool students can substitute their school’s traditional electives with free online courses from Giant Campus of Minnesota. To enroll tuition-free, follow these steps:

1. Online enrollment – Complete a short series of online forms to select your course(s), create an account, and register a student.
2. Print form – At the end of the online enrollment, download and print the Online Learning Supplement form (PDF).
3. Complete paper form – Have the student’s home public school district review and sign the Online Learning Supplement form. Send the completed form to Giant Campus staff by fax (206-452-5945), email (forms@giantcampus.com, with attached scanned copy).

Direct-Pay Option

Private school and other students who cannot substitute electives at their current school can take online electives in addition to their normal course load. To enroll in the direct-pay option, follow these steps:

1. Online enrollment – Complete a short series of online forms where to select your course(s), create an account, and register a student.
2. Pay tuition – At the end of the online enrollment, please pay the $300 per-course tuition fee by credit card or PayPal account.
